หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for all SBS campuses.
• Coordinate internal and external events including school fairs, open houses, and roadshows.
• Serve as the main point of contact for agents working with SBS Schools and maintain regular communication.
• Prepare and manage paperwork related to marketing activities such as vendor forms, quotations, and marketing reports.
• Work with design and content teams to ensure marketing materials meet brand guidelines.
• Provide event coordination support on-site and off-site, including set-up, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Assist the admissions teams when needed, especially during peak enrollment periods.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective communication across all platforms.
• Travel occasionally to SBS Chiangmai and SBS Bangkok campuses for marketing support.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, corporate communications, or PR, ideally within the education or non-profit sectors.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with media outlets, influencers, and managing social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for education and brand-building.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• The candidate must be available to work on weekends when required, with a weekday off provided in lieu to maintain a five-day workweek.
